specially jap and korean, they like to make themselves look non asian.
but light colour hair never suit their skin. i agree light colour hair only suit westerners skin, because their skin are very pale. they like to think they can fit in westerners community more by doing light hair, but
westerners hated them even more because they dont have pride.
